Our designers are captivated by this casual crew — its lustrous thick-and-thin Italian yarn, its tonal space-dye effect, and its ability to pair with nearly anything now through fall. Relaxed fit. Long sleeves. Hip length in front and low hip in the back. Midweight cotton/acrylic. Imported.

Wish I Had Returned This

The sweater doesn't match the high quality Or style I expect of Garner Hill products. Though I like the weight, the sweater is shapeless and stretchy. Looked "old" after one wearing. Am very disappointed.

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your thoughts! We're sorry to hear our Marled Cotton Crewneck didn't wear as well as it should have. We accept returns or exchanges at any time, even if an item has been washed. Give us a call at 800-870-3513.
I only looked at & felt the sweater but didn't wear. It's soft with muted coloration but seemed a bit fragile, which is probably why drycleaning is recommended. I rarely dryclean clothing & think a casual sweater should not require this extra cost. I do like the openwork effect along the raglan sleeve line....pretty.
Review 3 for Marled Cotton Crewneck Sweater

This sweater is soft and cozy, and in the blue it looks pretty much as pictured. It's a nice casual look with a substantial feel. The fit is relaxed but not sloppy (I ordered Small and am 5'4" and 128lb). On me, the sleeves are a little long and wide, so that they can't actually be pushed up in the arms. If you have small arms or want a closer fit, you could size down. My only complaint is that it's dry clean only! Why? Still a good buy though.
I was lucky to get this sweater on sale, and I love it. It is perfect to wear with jeans, or you could dress it up with a blouse underneath and a skirt. The sizing is true but somewhat generous, which I like. The color is what I'd call universally appealing, and it is SO SOFT! Cotton and acrylic are a good mix for washing and wearing forever and having the sweater still look new. I especially like the look where the body and arms are joined together with knitting, not seams. And I like the light marled color for hiding accidental stains one encounters through the day. Light, uniform solid colors show every little coffee drop. For Texans, this will be a four-season sweater. I definitely recommend this sweater. Too bad it's not on sale still.
