Really cute, really comfy Date: October 16, 2009
This has become my favorite summer dress. It is sexy without being revealing, comfy without being schlumpy. I felt perfectly comfortable wearing it to work. The S fit perfectly on me; I usually wear a 4 on the bottom and 6 on top.

Fits true to size Date: October 4, 2009
Material is soft and feels great. True to size. I wear an 8 - 10 and ordered a M and it fit well. Dress is low cut. I only feel comfortable with a T or cami underneath.

Size problem Date: September 29, 2009
Ordered this in my usual Garnet Hill size and it DID NOT fit. I re-ordered it up to the next size and it still didn't fit. The fabric and style is awesome though. So dissapointed. Oh well.

Love, love, love this simple dress! Date: September 4, 2009
I was unsure about the sizing with this dress based on other reviews. Ordering a size up worked for me. The material is unbelievably soft and wrinkle-free. The empire waist and wide waistband provide a flattering fit. Note that this is a faux wrap dress. The v-neck does dip low, but is fine for a casual outing or a cami underneath also works and keeps it casual.

Still Trying to Make This Work Date: August 28, 2009
Based on some of the previous comments, I ordered up a size on this dress (a large instead of a medium which is what I typically wear in most everything). I just received the dress and the large is just too big. But - I do like the dress. The material is great and it's the perfect dress for work (with a cami) or a night out. So, I'm sending back the large and have reordered in a Medium. I have my fingers crossed that the Medium works. I am leaving soon on a cruise and this will be the perfect dress to take. Doesn't wrinkle and easy to wear.

I read the reviews before I ordered, and I am glad I did. I ordered a M instead of a S. I love the fit, and have received a lot of complements on the dress. I hope this is a dress that stays around.

LOVE IT!!! Date: August 12, 2009
This dress is better than I had hoped. I ordered it in the graphite and I just might order one in the pool!
It fits perfect...I did not have to size up...and I have curves. I normally wear a 6 in dresses and I ordered the small in this one. I will have to pin it or wear it with a cami for daytime. It is so flattering and comfortable and the fabric is yummy. I love the faux wrap because I know it won't blow open on a windy day. Love it, love it!

Is this made for the female body? Date: August 2, 2009
I am so disappointed in this dress. I have been looking for a little knit dress with sleeves that I could slip on to run errands, etc. This is not it. I ordered a size up as recommended, but it was still too tight in the hips and huge in the waist with no way to adjust the fit, as it is a fake wrap, not a real one.

If you are shaped like a boy, it might work, but if you have any curves at all, don't waste your time. I sent it back.

so nice, i bought 2! Date: July 31, 2009
i purchased this in the charcoal and was extremely pleased with the fit, drape, and material. i'm 5'6, and while the v-neck is a little too deep for professional wear, it would do nicely for an evening out. i'll wear it (and the second one in berry!) through the fall with a cami to work.

i thought the cut was flattering too--it fits me just like the photos of the model (which doesn't show how low the v-neck can be, but like i said, layered with a cami, it looks especially nice). the fabric doesn't seem cheap, although the rolled edges give it a more organic appearance.

I like this dress, but recommend ordering up a size and buying a tight fitting camisole to wear under it. Otherwise, a great dress, especially for business casual work environments.

Good Work Dress Date: July 23, 2009
Easy to throw on in the morning and look good. It does not drape over bulges - so buy it on the larger size if you want to avoid unflattering lines. The color gray is particularly nice.

I love this dress but... Date: July 22, 2009
I am petite (5'1")and the proportions just don't work especially from waist to shoulder. I can still wear the dress but a tank underneath is a must. If you are taller it is a soft and comfortable garment that I would recommend. It is a bit clingy on the backside though!

not exactly a "wrap" dress Date: July 22, 2009
I'm a 10 on top and 12/14 on bottom. I usually have to alter most dresses, so when I saw this dress I thought-it's a wrap therefore it's adjustable.....not so. This dress is a Faux wrap and it's not adjustable in any way. The double layer of jersey in the skirt is a nice feature- you don't have to wear a slip. Unfortunately I ordered a large to compensate for my hips and the top is way too big, so I'll be sending this one back.

my favorite-comfy-looks-great dress Date: July 20, 2009
This is the dress I pick when I don't feel like putting much energy into getting myself together. It's easy to slip on, and all that's left to do is pick a pair of shoes and earrings and I'm good to go. And I get a ton of compliments when I wear it. I LOVE the pool blue color. I wear this to work and to dinner. I'm tall and lanky but have no waist, but this makes me look like I do. LOVE IT!

Just Okay Date: July 9, 2009
I just started to wear this dress since the weather in NYC has not been too summery. It fits well but since I usually prefer a petite size I have to wear a cami under the dress for better coverage. I have the graphite and wearing different color camis changes up the look a bit so that's not necessarily a bad thing. One of the negative things about the dress that no one else has mentioned is that the front flap of the faux wrap curls up and does not lay flat as in the photo because the material does not have a finished edge.

I was shocked to discover that this is not a "wrap" dress in the true sense. It is a faux wrap and consequently fits much different than a real wrap dress would fit. Is cute but fits much tighter than expected.

I bought the dress in graphite and medium. Small in the chest and a little too fitted for me. I exchanged for a large and LOVE it. I wear a cami underneath so the front cut is not a problem. I can't wait for this dress to get marked down. I will be getting other colors.

This dress can go easily from day to night. The material is so soft and the fit is right on size. A little heavy for the middle of summer (of course I live in the hot hot south) but perfect for fall, spring and early summer.
