i have two pairs of these gloves. they are so soft and, to my surprise, keep my hands quite warm in the cold minnesota winter weather. unfortunately both pairs have gotten holes in the fingertips. in no way am i rough on them. i use them primarily for driving. GH gladly exchanged one pair, but i just haven't gone to the trouble of exchanging the second pair. despite this defect, i would still buy these gloves. i recently bought a pair as a gift. i think the longer length is great. my wrists often get cold and the longer length keeps them covered and warm. if it weren't for the holes, i would definitely give these gloves 5 stars.

Soft, Sumptuous, & Warm... Just As Described Date: October 23, 2009
I'm so glad that I finally purchased a pair of these gloves. They are everything I hoped they would be. First, I love the extra-long length. Second, the dark gray heather is gorgeous and a nice change from basic black or brown. Third, the weight, quality, and softness of the cashmere points to many years of satisfied wear. I completely agree that these gloves would make a wonderful and much appreciated holiday gift. Plus, at the "buy two" price the gloves are a bargain.

I gave these to many last holiday season after trying to find something similar in stores. Along w/ the matching cashmere scarf which is a perfect length. People are still thanking me. They were a huge hit (& great price -- trust me!)

I own these in the blue. They add a really nice pop of color against my black and gray coats. The fabric is soft (although not the softest cashmere) and held up really well over the season. The extra-long length is great for keeping the cold out, but is something I didn't really notice when I originally ordered them. Some people may not like the extra-long length.

Love these gloves! Date: February 10, 2009
This was my first pair of cashmere gloves, and I still love them! They are incredibly soft and the perfect thickness. I have them in black, but hope to add some of the fun colors, too!

My favorite gloves ever Date: February 10, 2009
These are made of Garnet Hills special soft, thick cashmere. They are so soft and warm. They fit well and I love scrunching them up a bit around my wrists, possible because of the longer length.

Too big! Date: January 24, 2009
I bought these last winter & they are deliciously soft & match my beautiful sweater & scarf, so I am still thinking about what I can do to alter them. I have a small hand, probably a "6" or "6.5", & the gloves extend almost an inch past my fingers. So the "one size fits all" sizing is not working for me.

Fabulous gloves! They are soft and warm and the longer length makes it perfect for colder weather and they look so elegant. I get complaints on them all the time.

I bought several of these for gifts this year, and of course, a pair for myself. They feel very luxurious, but to be honest they are a bit thin, so not for the coldest days. The feel though, as described by one recipient--"like buttah!"

These gloves were beautiful and exceptionally soft! I gave them along with the matching scarf for a Christmas gift and the young lady I gave them to loved them. I would reccommend these to anyone wanting to dress up a jacket with some color and comfort.

great gloves, short life Date: January 7, 2009
These gloves are warm, soft, and a delight to wear. I appreciate the fact that they are long enough so that your wrists are well covered. The colors are beautiful. My only complaint is that they are not long lasting. They easily develop holes from just normal wear. I buy some each year as a little winter treat for myself, but I do wish that they wore better...it makes the difference between good gloves and great ones.

but I found after my first wear the gloves already had "cashmere" balls. Too soon for that to happen.

I bought these gloves in espresso and they are really nice. The material is stretchy but if you have small slim hands they are a bit big. The "one size fits all" is really M-XL.

These gloves are indeed extra long and very soft. My only problem is with the one-size. I have small hands and they are definitely too big. If you are a 5 or 6 in glove sizes, just know that you will have a very roomy fit with these.

One Size Fits All Date: October 20, 2008
I have tiny little hands. I have to order kids gloves a lot of the time. But these fit! My friend has pretty large hands- and they fit her, too. It’s that stretchy knit. Cashmere is so warm, but the stretchiness means you can still maneuver you keys, etc. Pairs wonderfully with the matching cashmere scarf (item #14355). And with a discount if you buy more than one pair, why not give some and keep some?
